Coaching isn't just for sports teams. At Schenkein, coaching is an integral part of our agency and our culture. Each staff member is assigned a more senior staff person to serve as their mentor in growth and development. Coaches give their coachees challenges and provide them with opportunities to learn. This coaching system helps our staff reach their maximum potential while providing needed assistance and support.
